Who are we?
BC Counsellors COVID-19 Support Initiative
We are a group of Registered Counsellors and Psychotherapists volunteering to offer pro bono mental health services to front-line health care workers* in British Columbia. All therapists on this site are registered with professional organizations and are qualified to provide therapy.
- We will connect you, the front-line worker, with three referrals to volunteer therapists where you make the choice.
- Our counsellors will listen with compassion.
- We will offer you tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and grief.
- We will help you process the trauma and feelings you are experiencing on a daily basis.
Once you register via this site, within 24-48 hours you will be sent the names and contact information for three therapists who have volunteered. From there, the choice is yours!

Describe in one sentence what you are looking for? (eg. tools to manage anxiety and trauma, someone to hear my stories, general support etc.)
We will try to select a volunteer speaking your preferred language or suggest an English speaking person.
